Daniel Marino


Since 1983, Daniel Marino has been lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials ranging from the successful defense of homicide cases to complex trade secret and business dispute matters.


His criminal cases have included matters of national significance, including Iran-Contra, the Ill Wind Investigation, Whitewater, and the 1996 Campaign Financing Task Force investigation.


His civil litigation matters have included business disputes, insurance coverage, trade secrets, defective technology, professional malpractice, negligence, fraud, government contracts, conspiracy and securities litigation.


Before he became an attorney, Dan served as an enlisted Marine and a Marine infantry officer where he trained and led small combat units in operations and deployments throughout the world. After being selected for the Funded Law Program, Dan served as a Marine Judge Advocate, and defended accused service-members in military courts-martial.
