Paul Simon


Paul E. Simon joined Marino Finley in June 2014 as a litigation attorney. Paul has experience in internal and external white-collar investigations, particularly those involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anticorruption issues. As part of these investigations, Paul has assisted in preparing for and conducting witness interviews, presentations, and recommendations to clients. Paul has managed contract attorneys and second-level review teams during certain investigations.


Paul has assisted in representing clients large and small, from major international corporations to individuals. He has represented clients in all manner of industries, including defense, oil and gas, medical devices and pharmaceutics, financial, commodities, and telecommunications.


Before joining Marino Finley, Paul gained experience working for a large, international law firm, which provided him with in-depth, extensive litigation training. Paul has also interned for the Federal Communications Commission and the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore Division.


Paul has a pre-law school background working in theatre. In his spare time, Paul enjoys traveling, films, reading, and cheering avidly for D.C.-area sports teams.
